– Have you found the origin and identity of the toxic gas that was released in your Swedish (Jönköping) store?

– Dear @mattiasoberg, thank you for your request and your interest. Both, the authorities and NEW YORKER itself have made several investigations. One cannot assume that there was a leakage of gas. Beyond that, the happenings cannot be reducible to a misdemeanor by NEW YORKER as we do not treat our goods chemically before shipping them. In addition to that, the transport containers are sealed up to preclude any possible external influence. Best regards!
